How orders are confirmed
Fitment on heavy trucks depends on the exact build, so our team checks every order against your truck before it ships (your VIN is the fastest way). Parts with a fixed price and confirmed stock can be ordered online with invoice checkout — see Payment & Invoices. Everything else is quoted: we send the final price, shipping cost and expected delivery date, and your order is placed once you approve it. Either way, orders ship once payment is received.
Processing times
- In-stock parts: orders confirmed and paid before 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time ship the same business day. Orders confirmed after the cutoff ship the next business day.
- Special-order and made-to-order parts — including custom interior pieces and some panel and lighting configurations — ship on the lead time stated in your quote.
- We process shipments Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Where your parts ship from
Not every part ships from the same place. Some ship from our own stock, many ship directly from the manufacturer or distributor that makes them, and one-off and used items ship from wherever that item is held. Your quote always states where the part ships from and the expected delivery date, and nothing is charged until you’ve approved it.
Shipping methods and costs
Parcel shipments
Switches, gauges, lighting, harnesses, interior trim and other parcel-sized parts ship by ground carrier with tracking. Faster services are available at an additional cost — ask when you request your quote.
Free ground shipping applies to parcel-eligible orders of $500.00 or more (before tax) delivered within the contiguous United States.
Freight shipments
Hoods, bumpers, fenders, full panel sets and other large or heavy parts ship by LTL freight. Freight is quoted with your order and isn’t included in the free-shipping offer. Delivery to a business with a loading dock costs the least; residential delivery, liftgate service and delivery appointments can add charges, which we’ll list in your quote.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and international
We ship outside the contiguous U.S. on request. Shipping is quoted per order, and any customs duties, import taxes or brokerage fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
Tracking
You’ll receive tracking details by email as soon as your order ships.
Inspecting your delivery
- Freight: inspect every piece before you sign. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt — write “damaged,” not just “subject to inspection.” If a part is badly damaged, you may refuse it.
- Parcel: open and check your parts promptly.
- Report any damage or missing items within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the part and packaging. Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.
We handle the carrier claim and arrange a repair or replacement for you.
Lost or delayed shipments
If tracking hasn’t updated for five business days, contact us and we’ll open a trace with the carrier.
Shipping address
Please double-check your shipping address before approving your quote. If a carrier charges to correct or redirect a shipment because of an address error, that charge is passed on at cost.
Local pickup
Local pickup may be possible for some items, depending on where the part is held. Ask in your quote request and we’ll tell you what’s available.
Returns and exchanges are covered in our Returns & Refunds policy.
